Make these Dua to conceive a righteous baby:

1.

رَبِّ هَبْ لِي مِنْ لَدُنْكَ ذُرِّيَّةً طَيِّبَةً ۖ إِنَّكَ سَمِيعُ الدُّعَاءِ

Rabbi hab lee min ladunka thurriyyatan tayyibatan innaka sameeAAu aldduAAai  

My Lord, grant me from Yourself a good offspring. Indeed, You are the Hearer of supplication.

Surah Ali ‘Imran 38: Ayat 38

رَبِّ هَبْ لِي مِنَ الصَّالِحِينَ

Rabbi hab lee mina alssaliheena  

My Lord, grant me [a child] from among the righteous.

Surah As Saffat 38: Ayat 100

رَبِّ لَا تَذَرْنِي فَرْدًا وَأَنْتَ خَيْرُ الْوَارِثِينَ

 Rabbi la tatharnee fardan waanta khayrul waritheena  

My Lord, do not leave me alone [with no heir], while you are the best of inheritors.
