7 tips to wake up for Suhur easily

Abu Sa’id al-Khudri reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “The pre-fasting meal is a blessed meal, so do not abandon it even if you take only a sip of water. Verily, Allah and His angels send blessings upon those who take the pre-fasting meal.”
As you can see in the above hadith there is huge benefit of eating the Suhur, So we will share 7 tips to wake up for Suhur easily:
1. Go to bed early
2. Be smart with your alarm don’t keep snoozing
3. Avoid caffeinated drinks before bedtime
4. Exercise regularly (Good exercise gives you a healthy lifestyle)
5. Don’t eat too much after iftar. Heavy meals will make you sleep longer
6. Make it a family thing (wake up together for Suhur)
7. Make dua and Dhikr while going to sleep
