  1. Banana-Date Smoothie:
    • 2 ripe bananas
    • 3 pitted dates
    • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
    • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
    • 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
    • 1 tbsp honey (optional) Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  2. Avocado-Berry Smoothie:
    • 1 ripe avocado
    • 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
    • 1 cup coconut water
    • 1 tbsp honey
    • 1 tsp lime juice Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  3. Carrot-Orange Smoothie:
    • 2 medium carrots, peeled and chopped
    • 1 large orange, peeled and segmented
    • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
    • 1/2 cup water
    • 1 tbsp honey

  4. Mango-Lassi Smoothie:
    • 1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped
    • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
    • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
    • 1 tbsp honey
    • 1/4 tsp ground cardamom Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  5. Spinach-Banana Smoothie:
    • 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
    • 2 ripe bananas
    • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
    • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    • 1 tbsp honey Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
