Ziyech has a 5-year deal with Chelsea and makes a base salary of $6.3 million.
Ziyech, who won the 2019 Confederation of African Football (CAF) Africa’s Finest X title, guided his underappreciated team to the World Cup Semi-Finals along with Achraf Hakimi and Sofyan Amrabat.
The famous Pele, who praised the team for their crusade, was among the billions of people who watched the first African and Arab team to do this in FIFA history.
“I have to congratulate Morocco on their outstanding performance. It’s wonderful to watch Africa prosper, Pele said in a post on his social media.
