According to court documents, influencer Andrew Tate and his brother were released from Romanian prison and placed under 30-day house arrest.
The 36-year-old misogynist and his brother Tristan were released from a Bucharest prison before midnight.
“Email regarding my release will be sent in 24 hours,” tweeted Andrew Tate after his release.
The influencer posted a video of himself smoking and walking around a room, saying he found “absolute clarity of mind” in prison.
Tristan Tate told reporters “the judges today made the right decision” as he left.
“I’m an innocent man and I can’t wait to prove it,” he said.
The brothers then pushed through the crowds to a darkened car and drove off while fans chanted “Top-G, Top-G,” Andrew Tate’s nickname.
Bucharest prosecutors are investigating them and two Romanian women, Naghel Georgiana Manuela and Radu Alexandra Luana.
Andrew Tate reportedly dates Georgiana Manuela.
Human trafficking, rape, and forming a criminal gang to sexually exploit women have kept the four suspects in custody for months.
They deny everything.
