Dua for guidance, piety, chastity and contentment

Recite this dua if you want true guidance and piety in your life:

‏ ‏ “‏اللهم إني أسألك الهدى، والتقى، والعفاف، والغنى‏”‏

Transliteration: Allahumma inni as’alukal-huda, wat-tuqa, wal-‘afafa, wal-ghina

Translation: O Allah! I beseech You for guidance, piety, chastity and contentment

‘Abdullah bin Mas’ud (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Prophet (ﷺ) used to supplicate: “Allahumma inni as’alukal-huda, wat-tuqa, wal-‘afafa, wal-ghina (O Allah! I beseech You for guidance, piety, chastity and contentment).” [Muslim].
