Kuwait is considered the ‘happiest’ Muslim nation in the world

According to the Annual Misery Index, Kuwait has reached the milestone of moving up to the second-happiest country in the world. According to an indicator created by Steve Hanke, a professor of applied economics at Johns Hopkins University, Kuwait has surpassed Japan, Ireland, and Thailand as the happiest nations.
The top-ranked country is Switzerland, with Malaysia coming in at number five. Yemen, Sudan, Syria, and Lebanon are among the four Arab nations that have been placed at the “miserable” end of the scale. This decline may be caused by the treatment of Muslims in certain nations.
Based on variables such as unemployment, inflation, bank lending rates, and annual changes in gross domestic products per capita, the Annual Misery Index is calculated.
