Takbir al-Tashreeq (Arabic: تكبير التشريق) is a prayer recited by pilgrims after every Fardh Salah during Hajj.

It is Wajib for Hajj pilgrims to vocally recite Takbir al-Tashreeq at least once after each Fardh Salah beginning immediately after Fajr Salah on the 9th of Dhul Hijjah and continuing through Asr Salah on the 13th of Dhul Hijjah (a total of 23 Fardh Salahs).

This is Takbir Al Tashreeq:

اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ لَا إلَهَ إلَّا اللَّهُ وَاَللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ وَلِلَّهِ الْحَمْد

Transliteration: Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, La Ilaha Ilallahu Wallahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Wa Lillahil Hamd.

Translation: Allah is the greatest, Allah is the greatest. There is no deity besides Allah and Allah is the greatest. Allah is the greatest and all praises are for Allah only.

Points to be Noted:

1.After Takbir al-Tashreeq, Talbiyah is recited.
2.Takbir al-Tashreeq is wajib for both genders.
3.Women will recite it softly, whereas men will speak aloud.
