All individuals attempting to illegally carry people through the arrival halls have been warned by King Abdulaziz International Airport (KAIA) in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Whoever commits this infraction will be required to pay an SR5,000 punishment, according to KAIA.

Notably, KAIA had already announced the start of the free shuttle service that would take pilgrims from Terminal 1 to the Grand Mosque in Makkah.

To take use of the service, pilgrims must abide by donning Ihram. Residents must demonstrate their residency, while citizens must display their national identification (Iqama).

On the airport’s first floor, close to the aquarium, is the transportation area.
